Nlcholnon Aroused of Buying Uniforms of Sailors. Norfolk, Vs., June 21. ? Barney Nicholson and his father, H. Nichol son, pawn brokers, were arrested yes terday by the federal authorities up on warrants charging them with buy ing United States sailors' uniforms. The arrests were made as a result of a wholesale confiscation of govern sient goods last Saturday.
